Small Group Training

Small group training is a great alternative to Personal Training and aerobic classes.  Healthy Balance trainers work with groups of 3 to 4 with similar needs and goals to provide each with one on one attention as well as fun but challenging group exercise.  Deciding to train in a small group means that you get the benefit of working with a Certified Personal Trainer while splitting the expense with others.  Using a small group also means that you create a support system with the others in your group that will motivate and encourage you to do your best both in and out of the gym.
